I have a adult twin sized Monroe bed with vinyl covered mattress, medical bed. I paid $7400 for a few months ago. The head & foot elevate manually. It has rails and hard plastic above the rails that go up and down separately, to keep anyone from falling or getting out. I bought it for my daughter but she no longer uses it.
